All candidates must answer the following questions:
What previous experience do you have with not-for-profit organizations (i.e. volunteer roles, work experience, etc.) and how will your previous experience benefit the Chapter?
What areas of skill or experience do you believe you most need to improve on?
What do you perceive would be your greatest challenge in a leadership role?
How do you anticipate managing the time commitment required for the position you are applying for?
If selected, what personal vision will you bring to your role as a committee chair?
What is your long-term goal within MPI? (e.g. do you want to be President of the Chapter, on an International Committee, etc)
What does it mean for you to have a commitment to diversity? How have you demonstrated that commitment and how would you see yourself demonstrating it as an MPI Toronto Chapter Chair?

Applicants for Committee Chair positions:
Please select three (3) of the five (5) competency areas outlined below and provide a minimum of 250 and maximum of 500-word narrative for each competency area selected, including providing concrete examples, on how you meet the competencies described and how you would apply your skills, knowledge and abilities to an MPI Toronto Chapter leadership position. Examples when possible should include your MPI Toronto Chapter volunteer experience, however, may also include examples from your workplace or other volunteer activities.
