Photo Submission Rules – Consent and Likeness
To protect privacy and ensure appropriate use of images, please follow these rules when submitting a photo for social media sharing:
- Only your likeness should appear in the photo. The image should include only you, and no other identifiable individuals.
- If anyone else appears in the photo, written consent is required from each person. This includes colleagues, friends, family members, or members of the public who are recognizable in the image.
- Group photos are not accepted unless consent has been obtained from everyone shown. If consent cannot be confirmed for all individuals, the photo will not be used.
- Background individuals must not be identifiable. If others are visible in the background, they must be fully obscured, out of focus, or otherwise unrecognizable.
- Photos containing minors will not be accepted unless prior written consent has been provided by a parent or legal guardian.
- Submitted images may be cropped or edited to remove non‑consenting individuals. If this is not possible, the image will be declined.
- By submitting a photo, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it meets these requirements.
Photos that do not meet these guidelines may be excluded from use to ensure privacy obligations are respected.
